At Jot and Bliss™, We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will assist you with a return or replacement.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

5. REFUND PROCESS

6. SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost

7. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
