All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.


2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other locations: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary depending on location and courier services.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1999

  • A standard shipping fee will be applied for orders below ₹1999 (calculated at checkout)


4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.


5. DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural calamities

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control


6. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery update.
We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
